My wife and I decided it was time t upgrade our family car and every knowledgeable car person we knew suggested we have a look at the Andrew Toms garage in Hewaswater. We drove onto the forecourt and could see exactly what we were looking for. Before too long Shaun came over and politely asked if we needed any help. Leaving us to have a look around the car at our leisure and after a short while we'd decided to take it for a test drive.On our return we were pretty sure we wanted the car, but to our surprise Shaun wanted us to take a little time to ensure it was the right thing for us. This was very unexpected and really gave us faith in his service and reliability. After a long lunch we returned to the garage and were very happy to make a deal with them. Shaun then explained that there were a few things he would like to do to the vehicle before we collected it, including a service and MOT. A week later we collected the car and we are absolutely over the moon with it. I'm very sure it will last us for years to come, but when the time comes to change be will definitely be going back to see them again.

At first my parents came in and did a little homework looking for some suitable cars for me and were looked after by Shaun. I was very pleased with the standard of service gained at the garage having made a simple email to look into a car I was interested in buying. I received a quick response and was able to come in and look at the car and make decision to go ahead with it without feeling I had to make my mind up straight away. Having paid a deposit the car was held for me for a few days to enable to sort out some bits and pieces.
