Simon Toms @ Andrew Toms Car sales is not your usual car dealer.
He is a true gentleman and genuinely cares about the customer. He bent over backwards to rectify a few minor issues with an Audi SQ5 I bought from him.
I travelled from East Anglia to look at the SQ5 in beautiful Misano Red and she didn’t disappoint.
The cruise control stopped working on the test drive but rather than delay our journey home Simon said don’t worry get it fixed at your local Audi Dealership.
It came to £650 with the diagnostic investigation. After the Cruise Control was fixed he paid the invoice within the hour ! Fantastic.
He also gave me a very good part exchange price for my Audi S1 and he even filled the tank up with diesel on the SQ5

I bought my 4th car from Steve Andrews a few weeks ago, I phoned them up explaining my side passenger mirror came away and asked if it was covered under the warranty. They said it doesn't but to come in and they will replace it free of charge which was very good of them. They have always been very friendly and professional and will go above and beyond to help you. I can honestly say out of all the garages I been too they are hands down the best one around.

I bought a car from this garage, took it for a test it drove lovely, had the car a week the engine started to drink oil, rang the garage up they had the car right in and couldnt find no obvious faults, drove the car anther week and it drank alot of oil again took the car in on the friday, they got back to me and said they woud give me my money back no questions asked, let me use the car for the weekend, i tookthe car back the Monday and with in minutes had the money back in my bank,

It's almost a year now since I bought my VW Beetle (2004) from Andrew Toms car sales. It was the cheapest and oldest car on the forecourt and some would say I took a risk - but they'd given it a good going over prior to sale and it has driven like a dream. I've had no problems at all. Really happy to know that I can rely on these guys for my next purchase too, whenever the time comes (hopefully in a few more years yet).
If you're in the Truro or St Austell area and want to buy a used car, but you're wary of being sold a dud, I'd strongly recommend that you come to these guys; everything is above board and they're super professional. Nice with it too.

Andrew Toms staff, particularly Sean and Dave, were SO helpful at Christmas when I needed to replace my car quickly. They gave me time, answered all my questions and made everything clear. This is honestly the best car garage I have used to date. The car I selected was presented in tip top condition, literally like new. I was able to test drive the car and discuss purchase options without any pressure or typical "salesperson" pitches. Purchasing the car was efficient and quite simply easy making my experience enjoyable - as it should be when spending lots of your hard earned cash.
Typically I do not leave reviews however, in this instance I felt compelled to do so - due to the impressive attitude towards the customer and his/her needs that Andrew Toms car sales deliver.

Simon looked after us from start to finish, we found they had a fantastic selection of vehicles for us to choose from. Can’t beat auto trader when it comes to selling your car. Everything was super easy selling my car. Personally I users the option until sold as at least you know your car will sell eventually. The first person who called I was informed that it was a potential buyer which is a nice touch and my car was sold within days! I can not recommend auto trader enough..

I booked a test drive for a BMW and as soon as I arrived it was ready for me to see and looking absolutely stunning. The team really do everything they can to make sure the cars are in top condition - even under the bonnet was immaculate, you can tell every inch has been inspected. I was given full explanation of the vehicle features and the key performance specifications. The test drive exceeded all of the expectations and I immediately had the confidence to go ahead. The best thing was there was no pressure or pushy sales at all. No bombardments of extras that no one ever needs - just really good service and beautiful cars - what more do you need? I will always buy my cars here.

Could not recommend enough! After having a bad experience with a completely different dealership, Simon was very understanding and went above and beyond to ensure I had all of the information I needed. He took close up videos of the car for me, extended the warranty and had great communication throughout. The car arrived in perfect condition and you can tell it’s been looked after . It was sparkly clean and even the cam belt was changed ready for me. Sold to me exactly as seen! They even delivered the car 6 hours away to me (12 hour round trip) for a great price! Really impressed with the service and the car so if you’re looking to purchase a car off from Andrew Toms, whether your local or live hundreds of miles away…. I would absolutely recommend !
